In the summer of 2025, we welcomed two partners who had traveled a long distance to visit Tongrui Industrial’s two factories.

The first stop was the Suzhou factory, located in Taicang, Suzhou. It is a modern, multifunctional facility with a total area of 6,000 square meters. In addition to staircase manufacturing and warehousing facilities, it also features a conference room and a staircase showroom. Founder Mr. Xu Xinwu and the Taicang plant manager warmly welcomed the guests and led them on a tour of the showroom. The showroom displayed several staircase sections featuring spiral and cantilevered designs. The guests examined the craftsmanship up close and even stepped onto some of the staircases to experience walking on them firsthand. Afterward, the team gave a detailed presentation in the conference room, covering the company’s development history, core strengths, and representative project case studies.

The following day, Mr. Xu Xinwu accompanied the two partners to the Huanggang factory in Hubei Province to tour the 60,000-square-meter production base. In the workshop, several steel staircases were undergoing welding and fabrication; the guests paused to observe the process and expressed their approval of the welding techniques and materials used. As they passed through the office area, they experienced a fully installed spiral staircase—which serves as a daily passageway within the factory and is a true testament to the company’s craftsmanship. They then toured the design office and held preliminary discussions on cooperation plans with the Huanggang factory manager in the conference room.

Before parting, the two partners extended an invitation to Mr. Xu Xinwu, hoping he would have the opportunity to visit their overseas factories. Mr. Xu Xinwu gladly accepted the invitation.

It is rare to encounter overseas partners who pay such close attention to stair craftsmanship. In this era of increasingly convenient transportation, Tongrui Industrial looks forward to meeting more like-minded individuals.
